Starting Point
When a new alliance formed to unite queer and queer-friendly organizations and businesses under a single, amplified voice, it lacked a name and a visual identity. The goal was clear: build a network that could support its members and react instantly to the rising tide of queerphobia and transphobia.
We came on board at the very beginning to shape this initiative from the ground up, backing the project pro-bono to support the community we are proudly a part of.
Creative Strategy
We developed the name "Common Cause" to instantly signal solidarity and shared purpose. Strategically, the brand needed real presence – no hiding, just an unshakeable statement that "we are here and we are strong".
Because the alliance relies on its members to keep the momentum going, we engineered an effortlessly simple, democratic system that allows anyone to create bold, highly noticeable assets on the fly.
Design with Purpose
The resulting identity is purely typographic, anchored by a strong, adaptable logotype that is big, loud, and intentionally playful.
We proved the power of this system at Pride 2026, plastering the alliance's truck with unapologetic "FUCK THIS" and "ACT NOW" messaging. The campaign didn't just turn heads; it cut straight through the noise, driving massive traffic to the new website and triggering an immediate, measurable surge in new community memberships.

A bold identity that cuts through the noise — shifting the focus from humble talk to meaningful action.
